Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar, Voltzones tarafından işletilen Hotel Ads Hub'ın (hoteladshub.com, “Platform”) kullanımını düzenler. Platform, otel işletmelerinin reklamlarını, misafir iletişimini ve rezervasyon süreçlerini yönetmesine yardımcı olan bir yazılım hizmetidir. İşletmeniz adına hesap oluştururken bu koşulları okuyunuz; kabul etmiyorsanız hizmeti kullanmayınız.

1. Hesap ve temsil yetkisi

Platform işletme amaçlı kullanıma yöneliktir. Hesap açan kişinin en az 18 yaşında olması ve ilgili oteli temsil etmeye yetkili olması gerekir. Doğru ve güncel bilgi sağlamaktan, hesap erişimini korumaktan ve işletmenizde yetki verdiğiniz kullanıcıların işlemlerinden sorumlusunuz. Yetkisiz erişim fark ederseniz bize bildirin.

2. Hizmetin kapsamı

Kullanılabilir özellikler seçilen pakete, otel ayarlarına ve etkinleştirilen entegrasyonlara bağlıdır. Platform reklam yönetimi, raporlama, oda ve fiyat yönetimi ile yapay zekâ destekli misafir iletişimi sunabilir. Hotel Ads Hub konaklama hizmetini sağlayan otel değildir; misafire sunulan konaklamadan otel sorumludur.

3. Facebook, Instagram ve diğer bağlantılar

Yalnızca sahibi olduğunuz veya yönetmeye yetkili olduğunuz reklam hesaplarını, Facebook Sayfalarını ve profesyonel Instagram hesaplarını bağlayabilirsiniz. Verdiğiniz izinler ve kullandığınız özellikler kapsamında Platform'un işletmeniz adına verilere erişmesine, reklam işlemleri yapmasına ve misafir mesajlarına yanıt göndermesine yetki verirsiniz. İlgili platformların şartlarına ve mesajlaşma kurallarına uymanız gerekir.

Entegrasyonlar üçüncü taraf onaylarına, erişim izinlerine ve API sınırlarına bağlıdır; her hesapta her özellik kullanılamayabilir. Bağlantıyı Ayarlar'dan kaldırabilir veya erişimi ilgili sağlayıcıdan iptal edebilirsiniz. Hotel Ads Hub bağımsız bir hizmettir; Meta veya Google tarafından işletilmez.

4. Reklamlar ve harcamalar

Reklam içeriğinin doğruluğunu, kullanım haklarını, hedeflemeyi ve bütçeyi kontrol etmek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Reklam platformunun tahsil ettiği harcamalar, varsa Hotel Ads Hub hizmet bedelinden ayrıdır. Sonuç, satış veya rezervasyon garantisi verilmez. Platform bağlantısını kaldırmak, ilgili reklam hesabında çalışan kampanyaları kendiliğinden durdurmaz; durdurmak istediğiniz kampanyaların durumunu reklam platformundan da kontrol edin.

5. Yapay zekâ ve rezervasyonlar

Otel tarafından girilen oda, fiyat, kapasite ve diğer bilgiler güncel tutulmalıdır. Yapay zekâ yanıtları hatalı veya eksik olabilir; işletme, otomatik yanıtlarını ve oluşan talepleri takip etmelidir. Otomatik veya manuel onay davranışı otel ayarlarına bağlıdır. Bir mesaj veya fiyat teklifi tek başına ödeme alındığı ya da kesin müsaitlik bulunduğu anlamına gelmez. Müsaitlik, konaklama, tahsilat ve misafirle yapılan rezervasyon anlaşmasının yerine getirilmesinden otel sorumludur.

6. Ücretler ve hesabı kapatma

Bu metnin yayımlandığı tarihte Platform üzerinden otomatik abonelik tahsilatı yapılmamaktadır. Ücretli bir hizmet sunulursa fiyat, dönem, vergiler ve varsa yenileme, iptal ve iade koşulları ücretlendirme öncesinde ayrıca açıklanacak ve onayınız alınacaktır. Bu koşullar tek başına ödeme talimatı oluşturmaz.

Hizmeti kullanmayı bırakabilir, bağlı hesaplarınızı kaldırabilir ve hesabınızın kapatılması için ekalburcu@gmail.com adresine başvurabilirsiniz. Önceden oluşan üçüncü taraf reklam harcamaları sağlayıcının şartlarına tabidir. Veri silme süreci aşağıdaki belgede açıklanır.

7. İçerik ve uygun kullanım

Yüklediğiniz içerikler üzerindeki haklarınız sizde kalır. İçerikleri ve işletmenize ait verileri yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için gereken ölçüde barındırma, işleme, gösterme ve yetkilendirdiğiniz kanallara iletme izni verirsiniz. Fotoğraf, marka ve misafir verileri için gerekli hak ve izinlere sahip olmalısınız.

Hukuka aykırı içerik, dolandırıcılık, spam, izinsiz hesap erişimi, başka otellerin verilerine erişme girişimi ve hizmetin güvenliğini veya çalışmasını bozacak kullanım yasaktır. Platform yazılımının hakları Voltzones'a veya ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir; hizmeti kullanmanız size mülkiyet hakkı vermez.

8. Gizlilik ve veri silme

Verilerin işlenmesi Gizlilik Politikası, silme talepleri Veri Silme Talimatları kapsamında açıklanır. Otel, kendi misafirlerine gerekli bilgilendirmeyi yapmaktan ve verilerini Platform'a iletmeye yetkili olmaktan sorumludur. Konuşmayı arşivlemek kalıcı silme işlemi değildir; kayıtlar arşivde saklanır.

9. Hizmet sürekliliği ve sorumluluk

Bakım, teknik arıza veya üçüncü taraf kısıtlamaları nedeniyle kesintiler yaşanabilir. Hizmetin her zaman kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı taahhüt edilmez. Güvenlik ihlali, hukuka aykırı kullanım veya bu koşulların ihlali durumunda ilgili erişimi durumu gidermek için gerekli ölçüde kısıtlayabiliriz. Sorunların çözümü için aşağıdaki iletişim adresini kullanabilirsiniz.

Bu koşullar, tarafların yürürlükteki mevzuattan doğan ve sözleşmeyle kaldırılamayan haklarını veya sorumluluklarını sınırlandırmaz.

10. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Güncel koşullar bu adreste, yürürlük tarihiyle yayımlanır. Yeni ücret veya ücretli abonelik yükümlülüğü yalnızca bu sayfanın değiştirilmesiyle başlatılmaz. Hizmet, hesap kapatma ve koşullarla ilgili sorularınızı ekalburcu@gmail.com adresine iletebilirsiniz.

Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Hotel Ads Hub, operated by Voltzones at hoteladshub.com (the “Platform”). The Platform helps hotel businesses manage advertising, guest communications and reservation workflows. Read these terms before creating an account for your business. Do not use the service if you do not accept them.

1. Accounts and authority

The Platform is intended for business use. Account holders must be at least 18 and authorized to represent their hotel. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting account access and the actions of users you authorize within your business. Notify us if you discover unauthorized access.

2. Service scope

Available features depend on the selected plan, hotel settings and enabled integrations. The Platform may provide advertising, reporting, room and rate management, and AI-assisted guest communications. Hotel Ads Hub is not the accommodation provider; the hotel is responsible for the stay it offers.

3. Facebook, Instagram and other connections

Connect only ad accounts, Facebook Pages and professional Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. Within the permissions you grant and features you use, you authorize the Platform to access data, perform advertising actions and send replies to guests on behalf of your business. You must comply with the relevant providers' terms and messaging rules.

Integrations depend on third-party approvals, permissions and API limits; some features may be unavailable for an account. Disconnect through Settings or revoke access with the provider. Hotel Ads Hub is an independent service and is not operated by Meta or Google.

4. Advertising and spending

You are responsible for reviewing ad accuracy, content rights, targeting and budgets. Ad platform charges are separate from any Hotel Ads Hub service fee. Advertising results, sales and bookings are not guaranteed. Disconnecting the Platform does not automatically stop campaigns running in the ad account; check their status with the ad platform when you intend to stop them.

5. AI and reservations

Keep your room, rate, capacity and other hotel information current. AI responses can be incorrect or incomplete; the business must monitor automated responses and requests. Automatic or manual confirmation depends on hotel settings. A message or quote alone does not establish that payment was collected or that availability is confirmed. The hotel is responsible for availability, accommodation, payment collection and fulfilling its reservation agreement with the guest.

6. Fees and account closure

As of the effective date, the Platform does not collect automatic subscription payments. If a paid service is offered, its price, billing period, taxes and any renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be explained separately and your approval obtained before charging. These terms alone do not authorize a payment.

You may stop using the service, disconnect accounts and request account closure at ekalburcu@gmail.com. Previously incurred advertising charges remain subject to the provider's terms. Data deletion is described in the document linked below.

7. Content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in uploaded content. You permit us to host, process, display and transmit your content and business data to authorized channels only as needed to provide the service. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for photos, brands and guest data.

Unlawful content, fraud, spam, unauthorized account access, attempts to access another hotel's data, and actions that compromise security or disrupt the service are prohibited. Software rights belong to Voltzones or the relevant rights holders; using the service does not transfer ownership.

8. Privacy and data deletion

Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy and deletion requests in our Data Deletion Instructions. Hotels are responsible for providing the required notices to guests and having authority to supply their data to the Platform. Archiving a conversation does not permanently delete it; its records remain in the archive.

9. Availability and responsibility

Maintenance, technical failures or third-party restrictions may interrupt the service. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised. If there is a security breach, unlawful use or a breach of these terms, we may restrict the relevant access as necessary to address the issue. Contact us below to resolve service issues.

These terms do not limit rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes and contact

Current terms are published at this address with their effective date. Updating this page alone does not start new charges or a paid subscription. For questions about the service, account closure or these terms, contact ekalburcu@gmail.com.
